-- TFSI: remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- TDI: remove the air filter housing. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
-- TFSI-e: remove the High-Voltage Battery Charger 1 -AX4-. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
-- Remove the expanding clip -1-.
-- Remove the filler neck -3- from the bracket on the lock carrier -2-.
-- Remove the filler neck from the filler tube -4-.
