After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Install the engine cover and heat shield. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- 2.9L engine: remove the Oxygen Sensor 1 after Catalytic Converter -GX7-. Refer to HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Free up the wire if necessary.

-- Remove the double bolt -2- and bolts -1- and remove the bracket for the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-.

-- Remove the right drive axle heat shield. Refer to appropriate Service Information .

-- Remove the right drive axle from the transmission. Refer to appropriate Service Information .

-- Remove the subframe shield. Refer to appropriate Service Information .

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Remove the double bolts -2-.

-- Remove the hose clamps -arrows- and remove the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51- with bracket.

-- Remove the bolts -1- and remove the pump from the bracket.
