Left Rear Parallel Parking Assistance Sensor -G716- /Right Rear Parallel Parking Assistance Sensor -G717-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

- Component location. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - SENSORS AND CONTROL MODULES IN REAR SECTION OF VEHICLE .
-- Detach the rear wheel housing liner at area of the bumper and push it aside. Refer to OVERVIEW - REAR WHEEL HOUSING LINER .
-- Remove the bolt -1-.
-- Release the retaining strip -3- at the retainers -arrows-.
-- Release the bumper cover side piece -2- and pull outward as far as possible.
-- Release the retainers in the direction of -arrows-.
-- Remove the sensor -1- from the mount.
-- Disconnect the connector -2- by sliding the retainer -3- toward the rear and pressing the release down.
