Thermal Management Coolant Temperature Sensor 7 -G908-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, AUDI A6/A7

Procedure

CAUTION:

A partial coolant replacement in the engine coolant circuit is not possible on vehicles with a high-voltage system.

For repairs and partial replacement on the engine coolant circuit the entire coolant must be drained and refilled.

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to DRAIN THE COOLANT .

-- Remove the right front wheel spoiler. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Remove the bolt -2-, and remove the Thermal Management Coolant Temperature Sensor 7 -G908- -item 1-.

Allocation of the O-ring/centering ring. Refer to Figure.

-- Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING USING Cooling System Charge Kit:VAS 6096 [DMTA, DPAA, DPUA, DPVA, DMTC, DRYA, DUVA] .

Tightening Specifications
