Coolant Change-Over Valve 3 -N634-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, AUDI A6/A7: Removing

CAUTION:

A partial coolant replacement in the engine coolant circuit is not possible on vehicles with a high-voltage system.

For repairs and partial replacement on the engine coolant circuit the entire coolant must be drained and refilled.

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to DRAIN THE COOLANT .

-- Remove the wheel housing liner and the right front wheel spoiler. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Remove the Engine Sound Generator Actuator 1 -R257-. Refer to Engine Sound Generator Actuator 1 -R257-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, AUDI A6/A7 .

-- Remove the connector -arrow- from the bracket and disconnect it.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- and remove the wheel adjusting element -1-.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -4-, then clamp off the coolant hoses with the Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm:3094 and remove them.

-- Remove the nuts -3- and remove the Coolant Change-Over Valve 1 -N632- -item 1-.
