- Always replace on both axles.

- Replace if damaged

- Replace when replacing the pads
- Note the installation position
- Make sure they are seated correctly in the brake caliper

- Make sure they are seated correctly in the brake caliper

- Brake Rotor
- Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Wear limit specified on the brake rotor
- Refer to BRAKE ROTORS, CHECKING, CERAMIC BRAKES
- Do not replace the damaged or worn brake rotor individually on a complete axle.
- If only one brake rotor is replaced, the brake pads can be reused, if they do not show any damages.
- Pay attention to the side of the vehicle specified on the brake rotor "L" / "R" and the running direction "arrow"
- Refer to BRAKE ROTOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, CERAMIC BRAKES
- Do not loosen the threaded connections. Refer to Fig 3.

Do Not Loosen the Brake Caliper Threaded Connections.
CAUTION:
Improper handling increases the risk of destroying the brake caliper.
- Never loosen the bolts -arrows A- on the brake caliper.
Tighten the guide pins -B arrows- to 21 to 26 Nm.
Do Not Loosen the Threaded Connections on the Ceramic Brake Rotor.
CAUTION:
Risk of accident due to loosened ceramic brake rotor threaded connections.
- Never loosen the threaded connections on the ceramic brake rotor.
