DVD Player -R7-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Open the glove compartment.

-- Remove any data storage devices in the DVD Player -R7-.

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment. Set the ignition key outside of the vehicle.

The wires to the DVD Player -R7- are very short; therefore, the glove compartment must be removed.

-- Remove the glove compartment. Refer to GLOVE COMPARTMENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release and disconnect the connector from the DVD Player -R7-.

-- Insert the two Radio Removal Tools:T10057 -A- into the release slots on the DVD Player -R7- -1-.

The points on the grip eyelets of the Radio Removal Tool:T10057 face outward.
Both Radio Removal Tools:T10057 must engage.

-- Remove the DVD Player -R7- -1- from the glove compartment at the grip eyelets for the Radio Removal Tools:T10057 -A-

-- Press the locking tabs on the DVD Player -R7- to remove the Radio Removal Tool:T10057 .
