Roof Antenna, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment. Set the ignition key outside of the vehicle.
-- On A6 sedan vehicles, lower the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, LOWERING .
-- On A6 Avant/A7 Sportback vehicles, lower the rear headliner. Refer to the appropriate service information .
-- Release and disconnect the connectors -2 through 5- to the antenna wires.
-- Remove the screw -arrow- and remove it with the clip.
-- Release the retaining tabs from the antenna base and remove the Roof Antenna -R216- -1- upward from the roof.
