Inner Mounting Pin, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the backrest from the center bearing. Refer to CENTER BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Right folding backrest: unscrew the mounting pin -3- and remove with the bearing sleeve -2- and washer -1- (if equipped).
-- Left folding backrest: remove the chafe protection -4-, nscrew the mounting pin -5- and remove with the bearing sleeve -6-.
