Front Child Seat Anchor, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Loosen the front passenger seat and fold it to the front with the wires still connected. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
TIP:
If it is not possible to tilt the front passenger seat all the way to the front, then put the seat into its lowest position, tilt as far to the front as possible and support with a suitable wooden block.
-- Manual backrest adjustment: remove the hand wheel for the backrest adjustment. Refer to BACKREST ADJUSTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the expanding rivets -arrows-.
-- Disengage the rear seat frame trim panel -1 and 2- from the backrest hinge and push slightly to the side.
-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
-- Remove the child seat anchor -1- toward the rear from the front seat.
