Seat Height Adjustment Motor, Removing And Installing, Power Seat Adjustment: Removing

-- Move the front seat to the highest position possible to keep the torsion bar tension as low as possible.
-- Remove the seat frame trim panel on the side sill side. Refer to SEAT FRAME TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SIDE SILL SIDE .
-- Disconnect the connector -1- at seat height adjustment motor.
TIP:
The lower bolt must be removed from below.
-- Push the cover and cushion on the seat pan near the threaded connections to the side.
-- Remove the bolts -2-.
-- Loosen the motor -3- for the seat height adjustment from the seat pan and remove.
