Backrest Cover, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Move the front seat to the middle position and move the backrest into the upright position.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of injury from sharp edges.

Hand injuries are possible.

- Wear safety gloves.

-- Reach behind the backrest cover -1- and forcefully press the side of it toward the rear to remove it from the backrest frame.

TIP:

If this is difficult, loosen the side hooks with a Pry Lever: 80-200 .

-- Remove the hook -4- for the lower backrest cover -1- from the backrest frame in the direction of -arrow C-.

-- Reach into the backrest cover on the upper edge and loosen the catches -2- in the direction of -the arrow B-.

-- Remove the side hook -3- for the backrest cover from the backrest frame in the direction of -arrow A-.
