Rear Lid Seal, Removing And Installing, A4 AVANT From Product Improvement: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
-- Position the rear lid seal on the body flange.
- The butt joint -1- of the rear lid seal must be positioned centered to the striker.
- The cover lips -2- must be aligned evenly with the tail lamps.
-- Press on the entire length of the rear lid seal.
