Front And Center Muffler, Separating, AUDI A3 From My 2021

A separating point has been provided in the connecting pipe for individual replacement of the mufflers.
The separating point is marked by an indentation around the circumference of the exhaust pipe.

Special tools and workshop equipment required

Chain Pipe Cutter:VAS 6254

CAUTION:

Risk of injury due to flying soot particles.

Irritation and injury to skin and eyes possible.

- Wear protective eyewear.

- Wear safety gloves.

-- Separate the exhaust pipe at a right angle at the separating point -arrow- (example) using a Chain Pipe Cutter:VAS 6254 .

-- When installing, position the clamping sleeve central to the side markings -arrows-.

-- Install the center clamping sleeve. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
