Installing

CAUTION:

Risk of injuring the eyes due to the sliding bar ball springing out.

- Wear protective eyewear.

-- Insert the spring -1- in the camshaft.

-- Place the ball -2- on the spring in the camshaft.

-- Push the ball and spring downward in -direction of arrow A- using the Camshaft Spacer:T40191/1 and hold.

-- Push the sliding bar -3- in the -direction of arrow B-.

NOTE:

If the sliding bar for the camshaft adjustment is pushed from the splines of the camshaft the camshaft must be replaced. The correct installation position can no longer be found.
