Bracket
Refrigerant Line - High Pressure Side
- From the connection point to the inner heat exchanger
- Removing and installing from inner heat exchanger. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES WITH INNER HEAT EXCHANGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-Ring
- Replacing. Refer to SEALS AND GASKETS .
- Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
Refrigerant Circuit Pressure Sensor -G805-
- 8 Nm
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit Pressure Sensor -G805-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
High-Pressure Side Service Valve
- Evacuating and charging valve: 2.4 Nm
- There are different versions depending on the refrigerant. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to EVACUATING AND CHARGING VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, LOW AND HIGH PRESSURE SIDE .

- Replacing. Refer to SEALS AND GASKETS .
- Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing

- Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
Refrigerant Line with Inner Heat Exchanger
- To the expansion valve
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES WITH INNER HEAT EXCHANGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

O-Ring
- Replacing. Refer to SEALS AND GASKETS .
- Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
Valve Cap
Low-Pressure Side Service Valve
- Evacuating and charging valve: 2.4 Nm

- Removing and Installing. Refer to EVACUATING AND CHARGING VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, LOW AND HIGH PRESSURE SIDE .
Low Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
- From the inner heat exchanger to the A/C compressor
- Removing and installing from the A/C compressor. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING TO A/C COMPRESSOR .
- Removing and installing from inner heat exchanger. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES WITH INNER HEAT EXCHANGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Replacing. Refer to SEALS AND GASKETS .
- Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing

- Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
