Right LED Headlamp Power Output Module 1 -A27- / Left LED Headlamp Power Output Module 1 -A31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 8IT, 8IY, 8JT, S3: Removing

-- Remove the front noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the front wheel housing liner. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

Left Side of Vehicle:

-- Remove the washer fluid reservoir. Refer to WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Right Side of Vehicle:

-- Remove the right front air intake grille. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

-- Carefully unclip the air routing -1- to the outer side from the radiator -arrow- and leave in installation position.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- and auxiliary radiator -2- with bracket -1- and move to the side.

-- Push the air routing so far down, until the power output module is accessible.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the power output module -5-.

-- Disconnect the connector -4- by pressing the locking mechanism -3-, tilting the retaining bracket -2- upward, and removing the connector.
