Hood Release Cable, Removing And Installing, LHD: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
-- Remove the left wheel housing liner. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .
-- Remove the grommet -1-.
-- Guide the release cable -2- through the opening to the vehicle interior.
-- Engage the release cable nipple -4- in the roller of the coupling -1- and push the release cable -2- in the cable bracket.
-- Position the housing cover -3- so that the printed "line" -arrow- points toward the free coupling connection.
-- To release the latches evenly, adjust the release cable at the thumbwheel.
