Radiator Air Duct, Removing And Installing, RS3: Removing

-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Lower Air Duct:

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Remove the expanding rivets -arrow- and bracket -1- with the Outside Air Temperature Sensor -G17-.

Lower air duct, rest of world market-specific version

-- Loosen the air duct -4- using the trim removal wedge from the impact protection -1- and then remove from the charge air cooler -3-.

-- Guide out the air duct from between the impact protection and the bumper carrier -2-.

Lower Air Duct, North America Market-Specific Version:

-- Lift the air duct -2- and remove the charge air cooler -1- forward.

Side Air Duct:

-- Free up the breather hose -1- for the headlamp housing.

-- Loosen the air duct -2- on the positions shown -arrows- with the lock carrier from the lock carrier, pivot it to the side and remove it.
