Front Air Duct Pipe, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the air duct from the lock carrier. Refer to AIR DUCT ON LOCK CARRIER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the hose clamps -1 and 2- and remove the air duct hose.

-- Disconnect the connector for the Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -2-.

-- Free up the coolant hose on the clip -3-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the front air duct pipe.

-- Seal the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the Engine Bung Set:VAS 6122 .
