   • Coat with engine oil

   • Coat with engine oil
6. Turbocharger Speed Sensor 1 -G688-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Turbocharger Speed Sensor 1 -G688-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Bolt
   • 4 Nm
8. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
9. Seal
   • Replace after removing
10. Venturi Injector
11. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
12. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
13. Turbocharger
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
14. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
15. Nut
    • 8 Nm
16. Ball Socket
17. Locking Spring
    • Replace after removing
18. Control Rod
19. Nut
    • 8 Nm
20. Ball Socket
21. Locking Spring
    • Replace after removing
22. Charge Air Pressure Control Module -GX34-
    • Consists of
      • Charge Air Pressure Actuator -V465-
      • Charge Air Pressure Actuator Position Sensor -G581-
    • Before removing the Charge Air Pressure Control Module -GX34- from the turbocharger, it must be insured that it is available separately. Refer to the => Parts Information.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Control Module -GX34-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
23. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
24. Coolant Return Line
25. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
26. O-Rings
    • Replace after removing
    • Coat with coolant

-- Tighten the nut -1- and the bolts -arrows- to 9 Nm.
