Charge Air Pressure Control Module -GX34-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

• Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to GUIDELINES FOR CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to DRAIN THE COOLANT .

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the hose clamps -1 and 2- and remove the air duct pipe.

Vehicle with Engine in Performance Class 3:

-- Release the catches -arrows- and disconnect the air duct hose.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the connection -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-, turn the connection in the direction of -arrow- and remove.

-- Disconnect the connector -arrow- and free it up.

-- Free up the electrical wire.

-- Remove the bolt -upper arrow- and remove the coolant connection -1-.

-- Slightly lift the locking spring -2- with a small screwdriver and remove from the ball pin control rod.
