Driver Side Instrument Panel Cover/Storage Compartment, Removing And Installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Scraper no. 1 from the Scraper Set:VAS 6845

Removing the cover

-- Unclip the cover -1- from the instrument panel cover -arrow A- using the scraper from Scraper Set: VAS 6845  and fold it downward.

-- Remove the cover from the instrument panel cover toward the rear -arrows B-.

Storage compartment removal

-- Open the storage compartment -1- all the way.

-- Push the stop -2- for the storage compartment upward -arrow A-, disengage the storage compartment at the stop and then remove from the instrument panel cover -arrows B-.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
