Knee Airbag With Igniter, Removing And Installing, Front Passenger Side: Removing

-- Remove the glove compartment. Refer to Glove Compartment, Removing and Installing .

-- Open the glove compartment lid, lift the insert -1- and remove it.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-.

-- Remove the bracket -1-.

-- Lower the knee airbag -1- and disengage at the inside of the glove compartment -A arrows-.

-- Tilt the knee airbag -1- downward, disengage at the glove compartment -B arrows- and remove.

-- Place the knee airbag -1- on a soft surface with the collision cushion facing upward.
