Charge Air Cooling Circuit Cooler, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
-- Remove the lock carrier cover and the bumper cover end plate. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the air duct -1-.
-- Remove the front left wheel spoiler. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .
-- Release the catches -arrow- and remove the air ducts -1 and 3-.
-- Disconnect the connector -2- for the High Pressure Sensor -G65-.

Risk of damaging the refrigerant lines and hoses by removing and pivoting the condenser.
- Do not bend, twist or stretch the refrigerant lines and hoses.
Risk of damaging the retainers due to improper handling.
- Carefully release the retainers.
-- Release the left and right catches in direction of -arrows-, disengage the condenser -1- from the radiator and tie up toward the front.
-- Place the Shop Crane - Drip Tray :VAS6208 underneath.
-- Loosen the hose clamps -2 and 3- and remove the coolant hoses.
Risk of damaging the retainers due to improper handling.
- Carefully release the retainers.
-- Disengage the left and right catches -arrows- and disengage and remove the charge air cooling circuit radiator -1- from the radiator.
