Left Rear Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing, 2.9L Engine: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

• Replace the seal and O-ring after removal.
• Used coolant cannot be used again.

-- Coat the seal and O-ring with coolant and install them.

-- If removed, install the catalytic converter. Refer to CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE WITH PARTICULATE FILTER .

-- If removed, install the steering intermediate shaft. Refer to STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the heat shield and engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to Coolant, Filling .
