Refrigerant Lines, Disconnecting And Connecting At Condenser, RS 6/ RS 7: Removing
- For all the following work, close the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the Engine Bung Set :VAS6122 .
-- Switch the ignition off.
-- Discharge the refrigerant circuit. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit or Working with A/C Service Station (1 Of 2) / Working with A/C Service Station (2 Of 2) .
-- Remove the bumper cover end plate. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
Disconnect the Refrigerant Line from the A/C Compressor to the Condenser
-- Remove the wheel housing liner and left front wheel spoiler. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .
-- Remove the air duct hose. Refer to the appropriate service information .
-- Remove the bolt -1- from the refrigerant line -2- on the condenser and remove the refrigerant line from the condenser.
Detach the Refrigerant Line to the Inner Heat Exchanger on the Condenser
-- Remove the bolt -1- on the refrigerant line -2- with a long socket through the radiator grille opening.
-- Reach from below in the refrigerant line -2- and remove it from the condenser.
