Check Valve In Refrigerant Line From Valve Block, Removing And Installing: Removing

• For all the following work, immediately close the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the Engine Bung Set :VAS6122  .

• There are different versions of the check valves (different connections and nominal sizes for the flow). Note the correct allocation. Refer to Parts Information.

-- Remove the Refrigerant Expansion Valve 2 -N637-. Refer to Refrigerant Expansion Valve 2 -N637-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -D- and refrigerant lines -F-.

-- Remove the bolt -D- and base plate -G-.

-- Remove the check valve -E- together with the refrigerant line.

-- With it removed, remove the bolt -D- and the refrigerant line from the check valve -E-.
