Belt Pulley with Overload Protection
- Removing and Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR BELT PULLEY WITH A/C Clutch -N25-, "Denso" .

Ribbed Belt
- Removing and installing the A/C compressor ribbed belt. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolts
- 40 Nm
Sub-Assembly Bracket
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Sleeve
A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280-
- Check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit Components, Replacing or COMPONENTS, REPLACING .
A/C Compressor
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES ON MECHANICAL A/C COMPRESSORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 4-CYLINDER V6 TDI (EXCEPT S6/S7 DI), V6 2.9L TFSI .
- Removing and installing from the bracket. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING FROM BRACKET, V6 2.9L TFSI .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, V6 2.9L TFSI .
Oil Drain Plug
- 30 Nm
O-Ring
- Replace. Refer to the Parts Information for the version.
- Coat with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
Low Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
- Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING TO A/C COMPRESSOR .
Bolt
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - REFRIGERANT LINES, A/C COMPRESSOR AND CONDENSER, ALL EXCLUDING RS 6/ RS 7 .
Bolt

High Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
- Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING TO A/C COMPRESSOR .
O-Ring
- Replace. Refer to the Parts Information for the version.
- Coat with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
