Alignment Sleeves
- Quantity: 2
Oil Drain Plug with Seal
- Denso: 30 Nm
- Denso: seal can be reused
- Sanden: 15 Nm
- Sanden: seal can be reused
- Seals, sealing surfaces and threads must not indicate visible damage, contamination or particles.
A/C Compressor Bracket
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-Ring
- Replace. Refer to the Parts Information for the version.
- Coat with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
High Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
- Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING TO A/C COMPRESSOR .
Bolt
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - REFRIGERANT LINES, A/C COMPRESSOR AND CONDENSER, ALL EXCLUDING RS 6/ RS 7 .
Low Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
- Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING TO A/C COMPRESSOR .
Bolt
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - REFRIGERANT LINES, A/C COMPRESSOR AND CONDENSER, ALL EXCLUDING RS 6/ RS 7 .
O-Ring
- Replace. Refer to the Parts Information for the version.
- Coat with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
Bolt
Steel Bolt
- 25 Nm
  Aluminum bolt
- Replace after removing
- 8 Nm +180°

A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280-
- Check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester and refer to Wiring Diagram.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit Components, Replacing or COMPONENTS, REPLACING .
A/C Compressor
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING TO A/C COMPRESSOR .
- Removing and installing from the bracket. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ON BRACKET .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Connector
- For A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280- and A/C Clutch -N25-
Belt Pulley with Overload Protection
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - BELT PULLEY .
- With or without the A/C Clutch -N25- depending on the engine and the A/C compressor.
Ribbed Belt
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
