Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Hook And Support Tool:3311 with Hook And Support Tool - Bolt:3311/1
- Shop Crane:VAS6100
Procedure
- Transmission removed. Refer to TRANSMISSION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
CAUTION:
Transmission components could be damaged if they are not set down correctly.
- Never place the transmission on the ATF cooler or on the transmission fluid pan.
-- Secure the transmission on the :3311 (use new longer bolts :3311/1 ).
CAUTION:
There is a risk of injury due to the transmission weight transfer.
The possibility for parts of the body to be pinched or crushed increases.
- Only transport the transmission in the way described.
-- Lift and transport the transmission with the :VAS6100 .
