Front Passenger Side Ionizer -J1106-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing
-- Remove the glove compartment. Refer to GLOVE COMPARTMENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the front passenger side outer instrument panel vent. Refer to OUTER INSTRUMENT PANEL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the expanding clip -B-.
-- Loosen the end piece -A- from the air duct.
-- Rotate the ionizer -C- counter-clockwise and remove from the mount.
-- Disconnect the connector -B-.
-- Label the allocation of wires to the connector housing for reinstallation.
-- Release the catches and open the doors -B and D- on the connector housing -C-.
-- Using the Release Tool Set:VAS1978 , remove the pins from the connector housing. Refer to CONNECTOR HOUSINGS, RELEASING AND DISASSEMBLING .
