Left Side Vent Motor -V299-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, PR NUMBER 9AQ: Removing
-- Switch of the function "parking heater" (deactivate). Refer to the Owner's Manual.
-- Switch off the ignition.
Vehicles with Knee Airbag
-- Remove the knee airbag. Refer to KNEE AIRBAG WITH IGNITER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the driver side footwell vent. Refer to DRIVER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- If necessary, remove the air duct for the driver side instrument panel vent from the heater and A/C unit and push it slightly to the side.
-- Label the connector -C- and the actuator -B- (to avoid a mix up in case several connectors are disconnected at the same time).
-- Remove the bolts -A-.
-- Remove the actuator -B- from the door shaft -D-.
-- Disconnect the connector -C-.
