Cover And Cushion, Separating, Rear Seat Backrest: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Equipment versions with seat heating: attach a new heating element when replacing the cushion. Refer to Backrest Heating Element, Removing and Installing  .

-- Secure the new upholstery clips using Upholstery Clip Pliers: VAG1634A  .

-- After installing, make sure the cover is free of folds.
