Overview - Coolant Pipes

• The arrows on the coolant pipes and ends of coolant hoses must align.

1. Left Front Coolant Pipe
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to LEFT FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
3. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
4. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
5. Front Coolant Pipe
   • With seal
   • Replace the seal after removal.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
7. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
8. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
9. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
10. Connection

    • Replace after removing

13. Lower right coolant pipe
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to LARGE RIGHT REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Vehicles without High-Voltage System:

-- Tighten the nuts -arrows- and bolt -2- to 5 Nm.

Vehicles with High-Voltage System:

-- Tighten the nuts -arrows- to 5 Nm and bolt -2- to 8 Nm.

-- Tighten the nuts -4, 5, 7 and 12- to 4.5 Nm.
