Spring, Removing And Installing, RS Competition: Installing
Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
- Pay attention to the installation position of the coil spring. Refer to Figure.
-- Bring the coil spring and the spring plate into the installation position. Refer to Figure.
-- Position the Engine and Gearbox Jack:VAS 6931 with the transmission support to the lower transverse link and lift it until the eccentric screw can be inserted.
-- Adjust the adjusting nut -1- at the spring plate -2- to the dimension -a-.
- Dimension -a- = maximum 10 mm
