Convertible Top Compartment Side Trim Panel, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Bring the convertible top into the service position. Refer to Convertible Top ; Convertible Top and Convertible Top Compartment Cover Service Position

-- Open the convertible top compartment enclosure at the Velcro fastener -1-.

-- Unclip the convertible top compartment enclosure clamping strip -2- using the Trim Removal Wedge:3409 from the convertible top compartment cover trim panel -arrows-.

-- Remove the expanding clips -arrows- using the Pliers:T40172C .

-- Free up the convertible top compartment trim panel -1- in the convertible top compartment seal area -2-.

-- Unclip the convertible top compartment cover trim panel from the body -arrow- using the Trim Removal Wedge:3409 .

-- Disengage the convertible top compartment cover trim panel and remove it upward.
