-- Bring the convertible top into the service position. Refer to Convertible Top ; Convertible Top and Convertible Top Compartment Cover Service Position

-- Remove the expanding clips -3- using the Pliers: T40172C  or with the Pry Lever:80-200  .

-- Close the convertible top and the convertible top compartment cover.

-- Remove the clips -2- from the body one after the other using the Pry Lever:80-200  -arrows-.

-- Remove the convertible top compartment rear trim panel -1- downward.
