High-Mounted Brake Lamp Bulb, Removing And Installing, SPORTBACK: Removing

-- Remove the rear lid upper trim panel. Refer to REAR LID UPPER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-.

-- Pry out the retaining pin -2- on the outside using the Wedge Set:T10383/1 from the clip nuts -1-.

-- Pry up the lamp -4- for the high-mounted brake lamp using the Wedge Set:T10383/1 from the body at the same time the seals -3- are loosened from the bonding.
