1. Brake Shield
   • Refer to BRAKE SHIELD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
2. Wheel Bearing Housing
3. Bracket
   • For brake hose and wire
4. Bolt
   • 20 Nm
5. Hose Bracket
   • for brake hose
6. Brake Hose
   • Make sure the brake hose is routed correctly. Make sure the brake hose is not blocked, bent, twisted or rubbing against the vehicle.
   • Replace if damaged
   • Make sure that tabs are properly seated in the grooves on the bracket.
   • Brake hose to brake caliper tightening specification: 14 Nm

   • for brake hose
8. Bracket
   • for brake hose
   • On the body
9. Spring
   • Replace if damaged
10. Brake Line
    • Brake line to brake hose tightening specification: 14 Nm
11. Bolt
    • 200 Nm
12. Brake Pads
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
    • Inner brake pads with a mount for the brake pad wear sensor
    • Check the pad thickness. For the wear limit, refer to BRAKE PADS, CHECKING THICKNESS
    • Always replace on both sides of the axle.
    • Refer to BRAKE PADS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SIX-PISTON CERAMIC BRAKE

14. Bleed Screw
    • Refer to HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, BLEEDING
    • 18 Nm
15. Brake Pad Wear Indicator Wire
    • For inner and outer brake pads with
      • Left Front Brake Pad Wear Sensor -G34-
      • Right Front Brake Pad Wear Sensor -G35-
    • Replace when replacing the pads
    • Refer to BRAKE PAD WEAR INDICATOR WIRE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
16. Upper Spring
    • Note the installation position
    • Replace when replacing the pads
    • Make sure they are seated correctly in the brake caliper
17. Bracket
    • For the brake pad wear indicator wire
18. Lower Brake Pad Spring
    • Note the installation position
    • Replace when replacing the pads
    • Make sure they are seated correctly in the brake caliper
19. Guide Pin
    • Replace after removing
    • 25 Nm
20. Brake Caliper
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
    • Do not loosen the threaded connections. Refer to Fig 2.
    • Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SIX-PISTON CERAMIC BRAKE 
    • Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, REPLACING, SIX-PISTON CERAMIC BRAKE 
    • Servicing. Refer to BRAKE CALIPER PISTON, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SIX-PISTON BRAKE .
21. Brake Rotor
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
    • Pay attention to the side of the vehicle specified on the brake rotor "L" / "R" and the running direction "arrow"
    • Do not loosen the threaded connections. Refer to Fig 3.
    • The wear limit is specified on the brake rotor.
    • Refer to BRAKE ROTORS, CHECKING, CERAMIC BRAKES
    • Replace the damaged or worn brake rotor individually, not on both sides of the axle
    • If only one brake rotor is replaced, the brake pads can be reused, if they do not show any damage.
    • Refer to BRAKE ROTOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, CERAMIC BRAKES 
22. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
23. Bolt
    • 10 Nm

Do not loosen the threaded connections arrows A on the brake caliper

Do not loosen the threaded connections on the ceramic brake rotor.
