Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm:3094 (or commercially available hose pinch-off pliers)
- Hose Clip Pliers:VAS6340
- Hose Clip Pliers:VAS6362
The Coolant Shut-Off Valve -N82- -A- is currently only installed in vehicles with certain engines in the right plenum chamber (currently installed, for example on vehicles with a 1.8L and 2.0L TFSI engine). Refer to CONNECTION DIAGRAM - COOLANT HOSES - 2.0 or CONNECTION DIAGRAM - COOLANT HOSES - 2.9, 3.0 ).
