Release Button in Rear Lid Handle -E234-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the rear lid lower trim panel. Refer to REAR LID LOWER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Free up the wiring harness -2-.

-- Release the retainers in the direction of the -arrows- and remove the cover -1-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- If equipped, disconnect the antenna wire -2-.

-- Release the side tabs in the direction of the -arrows A- and remove the button -1- outward in the direction of the -arrow B-.
