Bleeding the Brake System Pressure Reservoir -VX70- after replacing the brake System Pressure Reservoir and / or brake booster

Special tools and workshop equipment required

Bleeder bottle from the Brake Charger/Bleeder Unit:VAS5234
Plugs from the Assembly Part Set:5Q0 698 311

Procedure

-- Attach the bleeder bottle -2- to the Brake System Pressure Reservoir -VX70- -3- with a suitable bleed hose.

-- Open the bleed screw -1-.

-- Fill with brake fluid until it comes out of the threaded hole -arrow- free of bubbles.

-- Close the bleeder screw.

-- Seal the threaded hole with a plug from the Assembly Part Set: 5Q0 698 311 .

-- Install the Brake System Pressure Reservoir -VX70-. Refer to Brake System Pressure Reservoir -VX70-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
