Left Center Vent Motor -V110-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

Vehicles with High-Voltage System

-- Switch off (deactivate) the "parking air conditioner". Refer to Owner's Manual.

Continuation for all vehicles

-- Move the left front seat all the way to the rear.

-- Switch off the ignition.

LHD vehicle

-- Remove the driver side footwell vent. Refer to DRIVER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

RHD vehicles

-- Remove the Left Side Vent Motor -V299-. Refer to Left Side Vent Adjustment Motor -V299-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Continuation for all vehicles

-- Loosen the left air duct above the instrument panel crossmember and push as far as possible to the outside. Remove the air duct to the left instrument panel vent to do this. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR ROUTING AND AIR DISTRIBUTION IN VEHICLE INTERIOR .

-- Label the connector -C- and the actuator -B- (to avoid a mix up in case several connectors are disconnected at the same time).

-- Remove the bolts -A-.

-- Remove the actuator -B- from the door shaft -D-.

-- Release and disconnect the connector -C-.
