Thermal Management Coolant Pump 4 -V620-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

During installation, all heat shield boots must be installed at the same location.

-- Remove the left front underbody trim panels. Refer to OVERVIEW - UNDERBODY TRIM PANELS .

-- Remove the left rear longitudinal member heat shield. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .

-- Remove the bolts and nuts -arrows-.

-- Push the coolant line -1- upward.

-- Remove the heat shield boot -1-.

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Place the Shop Crane - Drip Tray:VAS6208 underneath.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -4 and 7-, then clamp off the coolant hoses -5 and 6- with the Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm:3094 and remove them.

-- Remove the nut -arrow-.

-- Loosen the retaining bracket -8- and remove the Thermo Management Coolant Pump 4 -V620- -2-.
