Check Valve With Vacuum Line In Engine Compartment, Removing And Installing, 4.0L TFSI Engine: Removing

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to appropriate Engine Assembly article, Engine Cover, Removing and Installing .

-- Press the release buttons on both sides and disconnect the vacuum line -1- from the intake manifold.

-- Release the retainer in the direction of -arrow- and remove the vacuum line.
