-- Remove the cigarette lighter. Refer to Cigarette Lighter -U1- /12 V Socket -U5-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the retainers -arrows-.

-- Remove the illumination ring -1- with the Cigarette Lighter Illumination Bulb -L28- from the trim -2-.
