Overview - Vacuum Pump, 3.0L TDI Engine

  1. Vacuum Pump
    • Integrated in the oil pump
    • Removing and installing. Refer to OIL PAN/OIL PUMP .
  2. Check Valve
  3. Vacuum Hose
  4. To the Solenoid Valve
  5. Vacuum Line
    • For vehicles without high-voltage system
  6. Grommet
    • For vehicles without high-voltage system
  7. Vacuum Line
  8. O-Ring
    • For vehicles without high-voltage system
    • Cannot be replaced separately
    • If damaged, replace the Vacuum Sensor -G608-
  9. Vacuum Sensor -G608-
  10. To the Brake Booster
  11. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  12. Vacuum Hose
  13. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  14. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing
  15. Oil Pan Upper Section
  16. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing
