Rear Spoiler Control Module -J223-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Rear Spoiler Control Module -J223-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Mount
- For rear spoiler control module
Nut
- Depending on the version: with reinforcing angle
- Quantity: 2
- 8 Nm
Water Drain Hose
- When attaching to the mount -item 6-, pay attention to the markings.
Nut
- Replace after removing.
- Quantity: 14
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 1.
Mount
- For the water drain
Mount with Spoiler Drive Unit
- Depending on the version: with reinforcing angle
- With seal
- Replace the mount if the seal is damaged
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SPOILER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Spoiler module, removing and installing with faulty drive unit for the spoiler. Refer to SPOILER MODULE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING WITH FAULTY DRIVE UNIT FOR SPOILER, A7 SPORTBACK
Spoiler cover
- Replace after removing.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SPOILER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Clip
- With foam seal
- Quantity: 9
Buffer
- Replace after removing.
- Quantity: 3
- The vehicle and buffer must be at room temperature.
- Clean the adhesive surface on the spoiler with Cleaning Solution:D 009 401 04 .
- Place on the marking and press firmly
Spoiler Blade
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SPOILER BLADE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Plug
- Quantity: 2
- For the 30 mm diameter hole
- Insert on the inside in the spoiler
Rear Spoiler Stop Switch 1 -F135-
Bolt
- 2 Nm
Foam Seal
- Self-adhesive
- Replace after removing.
Adjusting Mechanism
- Equipped with a new seal item 15 clipped in the spoiler
- Adjusting. Refer to SPOILER, ADJUSTING .
Bolt
- Replace after removing.
- Quantity: 2
- 8 Nm
Mount
- For the water drain
Water Drain Hose
- When attaching to the mount -item 16-, pay attention to the markings.
Nut
- Quantity: 2
- 8 Nm
