Tail Lamps, Removing And Installing, A7 SPORTBACK: Removing

-- Turn the light switch off.
-- Position the screwdriver -1- on the opening and release the lower catch in direction of -arrow A-.
-- Grip between the cover -3- and the tail lamp -2- and release the remaining catches.
-- Remove the cover from the tail lamp in direction of -arrow B-.
Tip:
The cover must be removed very carefully so that the guide and the hooks do not get damaged.
-- Remove the bolts -2 and 3-.
-- Pivot the tail lamp -1- carefully slightly to the outside -arrow-. Loosen the tail lamp from the outside toward the rear from the clip nut and remove rearward.
-- Disconnect the connector.
